Radikari
A multi-tenant knowledge system for a customer-service outsourcing company, where agents write up cases, checkers approve them, and an AI chat answers from that library.
01The situation
Radikari runs customer service for other companies, and it did not want AI talking to those customers. It wanted its people on the line, backed by AI.
Turnover was high, and new agents took a long time to learn each client's products and promotions.
02Our assessment
The answers already existed with experienced agents. A new agent had no fast way to reach them when a customer asked.
An answer is only useful to an agent if it comes from approved material and shows its source.
03What could be better
Give agents an AI they ask, instead of an AI that faces the customer.
Make writing up a case part of the job, with a checker approving it before it enters the library.
Give every client tenant its own library, board and chat, filtered again by role.
04What we built
A knowledge centre where agents write up cases and articles, checkers approve them, and bulk imports come in from spreadsheet templates.
An AI chat that retrieves from the approved library and shows the source documents behind each answer.
A tenant dashboard with broadcasts, announcements addressed by role, a best-agent ranking and the newest and most-read knowledge.
Automatic tenant creation, with every card filtered by tenant and then by role.
